Discover the tradition of cheese making, preserved for millennia

Learn how Idiazabal cheese is produced and taste several award-winning cheeses married with local drinks with this half-day tour at a dairy farm and cheese production facility in the rural Basque Country.

Located in a unique environment, you will not only learn all about cheese production, but also will fall in love with the views of amazing landscapes full of mountains and forests. Throughout the tour we will visit the town of Segura to delve into the history of the interior of Guipuzcoa.

The tour is conducted in bilingual (English and Spanish), so our guides will speak both languages simultaneously.

Itinerary:

9:00 - Pick up and departure from San Sebastian
9:45 - Arrival at the medieval town of Segura and guided tour of the town
11:00 - Guided tour of the cheese farm with cheese and cider tastings
